Initiate a Performance Appraisal
Conducting a Performance Appraisal in kpi.com is straigt forward:
- You initate a review for one of your employees by adding a new appraisal
- The employee does a self review
- Then you rate the emloyee. If not complete, you return to employee to review. The process can continue several times antil the reviewer and the initiator come to an agreement.
From this section of the HRMS module you can also archive appraisals, add new template, add new competencies and save performance notes.
