Manage your Sales transactions with ease

In Accounting&Finance module of kpi.com, users are able to manage Sales related transactions: Sales Quotes, Orders, Invoices (including Progress Invoicing and Timesheet Based Invoice) with Internal Approval Workflow, Credit Notes, as well as Accounts Receivable and Customer Prepayments. Recurring Invoice feature will automate the process of repetitive invoicing. Users are also able to set Multi-Currency, Discounts, Price Levels, Shipping Methods settings as needed. List of Quotes, Orders, or Invoices can be exported to PDF or Excel for further use.
