KPI set another quarterly sales and production record

HAYWARD, Calif., January 10, 2001 - Kobe Precision, Inc. finished the first year of the new millennium in style by setting two quarterly records - sales and production.

As predicted at the beginning of 2000, KPI achieved new milestones quickly and set new records.

Sales had a very successful year adding and qualifying new customers. New products were added to the product line and production met sales demand marking the sales of Q4 2000 the strongest quarter in the short history of KPI surpassing the previous quarter sales by 23%.

Production also expanded to cater the needs and growing demand of KPI customers. Number of processed wafers in Q4 2000 exceeded the production numbers in Q3 2000 by 36%.

As the demand for KPI services and products is growing, while at the same time KPI strives to provide its customers with commitment to quality and value, new records will be set in very near future.
