What is Performance Appraisal?

Conducting performance appraisal with WorkforceTrack is straight forward:

You initiate a review for one of your employees.

The employee does a self-review.

You rate the employee. If not complete, you return the form back to employee to review. This can continue several times until you come to agreement.

You and employee meet together to discuss the review and agree upon rating. This is when performance appraisal is finalized.
