How to add new campaigns?

To add a new campaign, please go to CRM->Campaigns->"New Campaign"
OR
CRM->"Add New" (Top left button) -> "Campaign" option in drop-down.
You will be asked to fill the following fields:

  • Assignee
  • Campaign Name*
  • Type
  • Status
  • Start date
  • End date
  • Expected Revenue
  • Budget Cost
  • Actual Cost
  • Expected Response
  • Number Sent

After completion of the fields, click the Save and Close button. Note: Starred (*) option is required.
