FIFO Stock Valuation

Are you looking into inventory management beyond stock on hand? Looking for a better cost representation, more precise Gross Margin? Well then this is the upgrade you were waiting for. Now you can track your inventory not only quantity wise but represent your inventory with better stock valuation using FIFO (First-in-First Out) method. KPI Accounting covers comprehensive range of transactions in Stock Valuation as it goes beyond simple sales and purchases, and extends to sales returns and purchase returns as well.

Stock Adjustment

We understand that inventory variations are not only accounted for by mere sales and purchases. Inventory comes in package with spoilage; damage and the risk of theft as well as marketing give outs of samples. Obviously we could not leave those transactions unattended in bookkeeping and made Stock Adjustment straightforward in Products/Services listings.

Products Group

Enhanced Purchase Order and Purchase Invoice

With an avalanche of transactions and documents transfers between you and your suppliers, you may loose track or simply forget certain open purchase orders with your vendor. Or at least, this was possible before this upgrade. Now your system reminds you if you have an open purchase order with a supplier when creating a purchase invoice. Thus reminding you of your intentions with your supplier and assisting to keep your bookkeeping even neater.

Enhanced Sales Quote, Sales Order and Sales Invoice

With this new feature, you will not forget to proceed further with approved sales quotes and sales orders. Whenever issuing an invoice you will be reminded about your quotes and orders with a customer.

From our upgraded customer center you can easily track customer balances with your business and drill down into transactions with your customers.

Enhanced Supplier Center

Take advantage of our upgraded Supplier Center where you can track balances with your suppliers and get a quick insight into transactions supporting accounts payable with each supplier.

Enhanced Chart of Accounts

Our Chart of Accounts covers general ledger items covering various industries. But, do you want to know how to single out accounts relevant to your business only? Now it is easy, with a simple “Hide empty accounts” feature to see only those accounts that constitute your trial balance. Oh yes, every balance in Chart of Accounts is backed by Account Transactions report. Just click a balance and enjoy the improved transparency.

Enhanced Products List

Your Products are now better organized with stock on hand, on sales order and available stock columns. Should you be willing to see stock valuation summary of an item, you can easily do so by clicking an item in Products/Services listings.

Shipping Methods

A set up business relations with a customer imply knowledge of customer preferences what, when and HOW. How do you deliver products to your customers? Do they have a preferred shipping method? If yes, this enhancement is just for you. Now you can create and assign shipping methods to your customers, that consequently means less typing and selection in the process of sales invoice creation.
