Reporting and Dashboard
Overview
You can easily create different reports based on your data in the kpi.com application as well as filter the report and draw graphs and charts for visual comparison. Besides, the reports can be exported to PDF or Excel which makes them helpful to use and backup your data. The default reports are also available on Accounting and Finance, CRM and Project Management that save your time from creating the report yourself.
Custom Reports
Login to the Reporting System with your kpi.com login and pull out any information in seconds. Reporting tool is flexible to give you advanced grouping/filter options with an ability to perform complex calculations.
Users may login to reporting tool and extract various reports based on their roles. Administrators and directors have full access while members can extract only limited information related to their activities in the company.
Custom reports have number of additional useful functionalities which include:
- Multiple folders, ability to add, edit, and delete folders. Users can have both shared and private folders
- Report Templates
- Cloning reports copies data from existing report to a new one
- Tabular and summary reports
- Variety of different default reports used frequently

In kpi.com users can access various reports of Accounting, Project Management, CRM and HRMS.
Even though reports are comprehensive, users are not confined to them. Should there be any custom/company specific statement, kpi.com support team can easily add your statements into the library easily.
Report Exporting
You can export the reports as CSV and PDF formats.
Dashboards
Dashboard tool is effectively used for viewing reports in dashboards such as in graphs, table and charts.
It consists of 7 tabs:
