Project Management allows managers to add unlimite projects and tasks as needed for your company, and assign members. Projects can be differentiated by clients and locations, allowing large enterprises to work as a one unit. You can always filter your projects according to your criteria. (i.e. clients, assignees, status, etc.)

There are many ways to start off project management that contains 5 main stages, which are: project initiation, planning, execution and control closure. When employees and departments are added to the system, project managers can start off the project by adding projects and sending sales quotes to the clients. After getting quotes approved, project managers are able to give tasks to employees and plan the sequence by Work Breakdown Structures in Gannt Chart tool.
Project Execution and Control can be implemented using timesheet and reporting tools. Clients can view the project progress by logging in to the system and viewing the details of the employees work-ing on tasks. Project and Resource Management is integrated with all other sections: For instances opportunities created in CRM section can be converted to projects; time sheet hours filled by employees, added in HRMS section, will reflect in the project budget.

Issue Management
Issue is a problem that is related to a project or an issue that is occurred during the project implementation.
Add a new issue
To add an Issue, from the Issue Management page click on the Add Issue button on the left upper side of the Issues tab. The form appeared on the window should be filled in and saved.
Departments
To add a new department, you need to go to Departments section and click on the New Department button. After you have filled in the form click on the Save button to complete your work.
