Conducting performance appraisal with kpi.com is straight forward:

To create New appraisal Template click the Add template button next to the Template name drop-down in the Appraisal Template zone.

Fill in the required fields:

Then press the Save and Close or Save and Add another button.

To review appraisal click employee’s name-the Assessment Tab will appear. You can review employee’s appraisal and then click Review and submit to employee, Approve and close or Save as draft button.

Attendance Tracking

Kpi.com Attendance tracking section allows you to track employees office in hours, leave requests and manage holidays in the company. With attendance tracking, your employees will be able to add leave requests for managers approval. Annual leave allowance can be setup by HR Manager, and they can be tracked in payroll. Office check-in and check-outs can be integrated with your own in-out equipment by your customization request. There are other useful functionalities like: in-out reports and employee leave statuses.

Employee profile is the area where the information on the specific person is kept. In this section you can find such information as:

This section also includes employees’ appraisals, internal employments and related files. To edit employee profile click the Edit profile button located in the bottom of the page. The Edit employee profile Tab will appear. After you complete edition please click the Save button.

Our payroll module provides a comprehensive payroll management service to HR Managers and employees on all payroll related matters. HR Managers can make payments and deductions to employees, generate payslips and view various type of employee and employer tax reports. With employee self service features, employees can view their own payments, income taxes for various payment periods. Administrators and Directors can efile tax reports to HMRC (for UK companies) or view general payroll reports.
